1. Extract from minutes of meetings of the department.
The protocol states:
- The number of full-time teachers of the department,
- The number of those present at the meeting,
- the issue under consideration,
- Specify the size of the rate claimed by candidate (0,25 and 0,5 and 1,0)
- Results of the vote.
2. Reasoned conclusion of the Department for election for the vacant position at the department. Sample conclusion is given in Appendix 1.
In conclusion it says:
* Basic information about the candidate for the position (the basic qualification (a university and year of graduation), degree (the year of receipt), title (the year of receipt), the experience of scientific and pedagogical work);
* Subjects on which classes are conducted.
* The quality of the studies.
* Availability of teaching materials for courses.
* Participation in research activities, major publications.
* When and where is passed the training.
* Other information relating to the issue of election for the position.
3. List of the research and teaching activities by a candidate for the last five years in the prescribed form (the form of a list of works is given in Appendix 2).
