Born May 25, 1963 in Vladimir. In 1986 he graduated with honors from law faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Law.

From 1986 to 2008 he worked in the Prosecutor's Office, the last place of work - Research Institute of the Academy of General Prosecutor's Office

In 2005 he defended his thesis in the Institute of problems of reinforcing law and order when Prosecutor General's Office. He has more than 10 publications in the field of 12.00.09 and 12.00.11

On 11 March 2008 he has been appointed director of the Vladimir branch order of the Rector of RAGS RAGS.

Born February 26, 1961 in Vladimir. In 1983 he graduated from the History Department, Vladimir State Pedagogical University. In 1995, his Ph.D. in philosophy at Moscow State University.

In the Vladimir branch RAGS works since 2000. In 2001 he was appointed deputy director of educational and methodical work. He has over 40 publications on sociology of management, ethics, management, civic education. Basic research related to the problems of normative and value aspects of management, state and municipal service, ethics, management and administrative ethics, sociology of management.

Born in January 1, 1955. In 1980 he graduated from the Kursk State Pedagogical Institute.
/In 1996 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Legal Affairs of Russia. In 1999 he defended his thesis on "International cooperation between law enforcement bodies of Russia in combating crime (1861-1917)." (Academy of the Interior Ministry of Russia).
In 2002 he was hired by the Vladimir branch of RAPA to the post of head of educational-methodical department, dean of the faculty of economics and law. In 2006 he was appointed the Head of Department of State and legal disciplines.
On May 12, 2008 appointed deputy director for additional education and general issues.
Has several publications in the field of administrative law, national security and international experience in combating crime.
