Vladimir branch of RAGS is providing education along the following majors and specialties

Educational program for students majoring in "State and municipal management" includes a comprehensive knowledge of the problems of control theory, state regulation of economy, socio-economic development of the region, state and municipal government, the basics of Russian law, corporate governance, the use in the management of new information technologies, etc. etc. Management training is based on modern teaching methods, using new information technologies.

Specialty "National economy" represents a new direction in the field of economic education services. There is no any other universities in Vladimir region which have such major. This program specifically provides the study of the general theoretical problems of formation and development of national economy and practical methods for solving them. Graduates who received a diploma in "National Economy" will be able to participate in promotion of socio-economic development of the state to develop crisis management and innovative programs in the national economy, to regulate and plan the production financing, labor and information flows to the business calculations.

Specialty "Finances and Credit" which was licensed in 2004, but has already received recognition as governance and economic activity in the market economy confronts the leaders with the requirements of high competence in the areas of finance, credit relations, and especially in assessing the effectiveness of formation and use of funds and financial resources. Graduates majoring in finance and credit will be able to work successfully in all areas of economic management. Program specialization includes the study of the latest scientific developments in the field of public finance, monetary relations and the organization of finance companies. Students are introduced to the domestic and international financial systems and monetary socio-economic processes.

 Traditionally popular is the specialty "Jurisprudence". Everyone, and especially the modern manager, must be knowledgeable in the field of jurisprudence. The training program includes training discipline for lawyers in all branches of law: civil, administrative, labor, criminal and financial. Students are given the opportunity to study the legal disciplines of specialization, which is not being taught in other universities in the region. Russian business law, business, tax law, securities law, housing law - that's not a complete list of disciplines that are included in training programs in jurisprudence. 

 Students of the branch are state and municipal officials, managers and specialists of different enterprises and organizations of Vladimir and the surrounding areas, representatives of business structures. Along with them are trained graduates of the schools, technical schools, colleges and universities.

Upon completion of training the state diploma of higher professional education is awarded.

Training is conducted by correspondence and part-time (evening) forms on a contractual fee basis.
